The story continues…
Five years ago, La Fine Mousse opened. It’s a unique bar specialised in craft beer that aims to educate everyone on a drink that’s so popular and yet so unknown. We learned a lot over the years, mainly that there aren’t yet enough places to drink good beer in Paris!
This is why we decided to open a new bar in the more central location of Odéon, which most tourists know by the (often mispronounced) name of Saint Germain des Prés.
Charlotte Vinet designed the simple and welcoming bar atmosphere. The aim is still to offer a large selection of beer, this time with 16 taps, two cask pumps and six wine taps to serve the wine under the best conditions. The materials used in the bar remain natural, using stone, wood and metal, all brought together with an intriguing colour.
What we offer
We offer a selection of all-French craft beers; half from Ile-de-France and the other half from around France.
What makes this place stand out, however, is the variety. We also offer organic, biodynamic and natural wines as well as a handsome choice of French spirits.
For snacking we have saucisson, cheese and hot pies.
La Robe & la Mousse, 3 rue Monsieur le Prince, Paris 6ème.
